About The Position

itD is seeking a Project Coordinator IV to support and drive technical product operations initiatives that enhance product quality, scalability, and user experience across Meta platforms. This role will contribute to executing data-driven programs, enabling cross-functional teams to make informed decisions, and improving operational efficiency through automation and analytics. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical product operations, data analysis, and program management, along with a track record of delivering data-driven insights, dashboards, and process improvements that impact product performance and business outcomes.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical program/product operations
Strong proficiency in SQL (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, data transformations)
Experience working with AI tools / AI-assisted workflows
Experience in data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting
Strong experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, automation workflows)

Nice To Haves

Experience with low-code/no-code or AI-assisted prototyping (“vibe coding”)
Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure
Experience building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
Experience working with engineering teams on technical requirements
Background in QA, testing strategies, or ML/AI validation workflows

Responsibilities

Support program execution across multiple products and platforms, including launching new initiatives and improving ongoing operations.
Analyze large datasets by writing advanced SQL queries to extract insights, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and support real-time decision-making.
Leverage AI tools and automation techniques to streamline workflows, accelerate analysis, and prototype solutions.
Identify and mitigate program risks using data-driven insights while ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to drive alignment and execution.
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
