About The Position

Snyder & Associates is seeking a motivated project coordinator who is excited to enter a flexible and collaborative environment with our growing team. As a project coordinator in our Omaha office, you’ll be involved with all stages of the project life cycle and routinely partner with project managers, technical staff, and accounting, to complete non-technical administrative tasks associated with project management. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a service-oriented personality; the ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed to meet deadlines; strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Requirements

  • An associate degree and two to five years of project coordination-related experience, preferably in an engineering, architecture, or other professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective time management skills particularly in relation to commitments on project designs and deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills leading to positive, ongoing relationships with people.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical subject matter to diverse audiences.

  • Effectively interact with people of all technical skill levels through verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure all administrative needs are met efficiently.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and greet and instruct vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate the appropriate creation of proposals, specifications, contracts, and other associated paperwork for projects.
  • Manage project-related documentation by ensuring necessary materials are accurate, current, and properly filed.
  • Maintain project-related data in the firm’s enterprise software.
  • Assist with marketing and business development tasks.
