The Licensing Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director, Project Management & Operations in coordinating communication, information, schedules and all relevant information as it relates to all LBE projects from concept to opening within the Location Based Entertainment business unit. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage 5-10 projects simultaneously
  • Team player able to execute tactically, as well as having the strong communication skills to inspire others
  • Knowledge of Office applications and presentation software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, follow up and record keeping skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking under daily time constraints

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day support for the Director, Project Management & location-based entertainment team such as scheduling of meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting notes and distribution of relevant information.
  • Serve as point person for the collection and dissemination of all relevant information across the four regions and functions of the team.
  • Maintain multiple workflow and project management trackers.
  • Manage communication and approvals on small event and costume character appearances.
  • Respond to requests for creative assets, key facts, project summaries, etc.
  • Support in collection and dissemination of information for internal communication.
  • Work closely with the LBE Project Management, Regional and Creative functions to support project schedules and deliverables.
  • Maintain project calendars with milestones and updates.
  • Maintain server files and Sharepoint documents to enhance communication and information sharing globally
  • Produce internal newsletters to keep the team updated on the industry and trends
  • Produce one pagers and other internal and external communications documents that help highlight the departments work
  • Provide light administrative duties such as booking travel and assisting with expense reports
