About The Position

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will plan and coordinate multiple capital projects that involve collaboration with engineering teams of two to five engineers and cross‑functional business partners. You will manage project scope development, cost estimates, and schedules while working within a matrixed organization. You will lead both internal and external resources, influence stakeholders across functions, resolve issues, and manage conflict. Exposure to structured gate processes from concept through production is essential. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Partner with Plant Leadership and Supply Chain teams to advance project execution. Engage with external partners including equipment vendors, construction contractors, engineering service firms, government agencies, and co‑manufacturing organizations. Manage a portfolio of small to medium capital projects. Demonstrate competency across Engineering and Project Management disciplines. Execute assigned initiatives by collaborating with Innovation, Operations, and Platform Groups. Deliver projects that meet business needs, ensuring accuracy across planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts. Ensure all projects meet cost, schedule, and performance criteria. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of experience, or Associate’s degree with seven or more years of experience.
  • Five or more years in CPG, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Personal Care manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success managing capital projects across varying levels of complexity.
  • Experience working with vendors.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑management skills.
  • Travel up to 10%

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional certification and experience using continuous improvement tools preferred.
