Summary : The project leader is responsible for insuring that finished products developed successfully demonstrate Robertet Flavors products and meet the customer’s requirements.

Requirements

7-10 years industry experience
BS in Food Science or related Science
Capable of handling multiple projects in a limited time frame
Detail oriented, reliable and organized
Understanding basic principles of Food Science
Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer solutions
Ensures Accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

Review and approve applications finished products for acceptability
Develop the technical and commercial abilities of direct reports to allow for growth and promotions
Potential travel to customers 15-30%
Complete multiple complex projects without direct supervision
Ensure customer visits to our facility are appropriately completed.
Commitment to Robertet and SQF Quality Standards and continuous improvement of the quality management systems.
