Project Management Office Group Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the creation and evolution of the Novaspect Project Management Office. Develop project management personnel with individual training plans for application of the Novaspect project methodology. Mentor team members for career development and long-term employment at Novaspect. Conduct regular performance conversations with direct reports. Manage department short- and long-term resource loading plans. Support sales in developing and presenting solution proposals to potential customers. Develop hardware and software specification requirements and solutions for customer applications. Support automation services group with backup project management resources to support customer projects, contracts engagements and requests. Establish and manage engineering group capital budget.
