About The Position

The Project Manager is the primary execution owner for every project at Lumibuild, responsible for the lifecycle of an installation from internal kickoff through final delivery. While Sales owns the relationship and Engineering owns the design, the Project Manager owns the outcome. This role requires leading communication, managing schedules and resources, protecting profitability, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining a premium client experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, specifically within AV integration or construction-related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial awareness and comfort managing project margins and labor budgets.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Monday.com, D-Tools, or similar enterprise platforms).
  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills with a high level of accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Understanding of AV technical standards and construction site protocols.
  • Experience managing diverse teams of field technicians and specialized subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with low-voltage licensing or safety compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex AV integration projects from initial internal kickoff through to final client completion.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure schedule integrity.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to protect margins and delivery dates.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff process from Sales and Engineering into the Production and Field phases.
  • Serve as the primary execution point of contact for client stakeholders and site representatives.
  • Provide proactive updates and status transparency using the Monday.com Project Management board.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to maintain client confidence throughout the build process.
  • Professional management of change orders, scope adjustments, and client expectations.
  • Partner with Sales and Engineering to validate execution feasibility and site readiness.
  • Coordinate and align internal field teams and third-party subcontractors to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Act as the central hub of communication to ensure all departments are aligned on project milestones.
  • Maintain rigorous project tracking and data integrity within Monday.com and D-Tools.
  • Manage all proposal labor, service additions, and procurement requirements per established SOPs.
  • Support subcontractor sourcing, vetting, and coordination as required by project scope.
  • Oversee logistics and documentation to ensure high-quality closeout packages for every project.
