Job Overview The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand, safety, and operational standards while minimizing disruption to guests, members, and daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction, hospitality development, renovations, or capital projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Experience working in active hospitality environments preferred
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction and renovation projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, brand standards, and hospitality operating requirements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and risk management plans
  • Conduct site walks, inspections, and progress meetings
  • Resolve project issues, delays, and change orders efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and reporting
  • Support leadership with capital planning, vendor selection, and project forecasting
  • Ensure projects minimize guest/member disruption and support seamless operational transitions
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
