We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support client implementations on to our proprietary Telecom and Utility Expense Management system. The Project Manager – Telecom & Utility Expense Management is responsible for leading the successful onboarding, implementation, and transition of new and existing customers within telecom and utility expense management programs. This role ensures seamless execution from project initiation through go-live and stabilization, delivering high-quality outcomes that drive operational efficiency, billing accuracy, and client satisfaction. As the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, the Project Manager plays a critical role in aligning expectations, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional service quality.
