About The Position

GRUBBRR is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager – Implementations & Onboarding to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-location deployments across enterprise clients, including national franchise systems, large venues, and public sector organizations. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role responsible for balancing scope, timeline, budget, technical execution, and stakeholder alignment across sophisticated implementations involving hardware, software, and integrated payment systems. You will serve as the single point of accountability for successful delivery, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. This role is ideal for an Implementation / Customer Delivery Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates comfortably at both strategic and execution levels, and takes full ownership of outcomes. Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (professional working proficiency required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in project management, implementation, or enterprise onboarding
  • Experience managing complex, multi-site or enterprise-level deployments
  • Demonstrated ownership of scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication with Director and executive-level clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-complexity projects
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and escalation management skills
  • Comfortable working closely with technical teams, reviewing designs, and supporting deployment activities
  • Must be able to work full-time in the Boca Raton office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality technology, POS, kiosks, or fintech/payments
  • Background working with franchise systems, stadiums/arenas, or government clients
  • Familiarity with QA, UAT, and structured delivery methodologies
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • PMP or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Enterprise Delivery
  • Create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple concurrent implementations
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to scope and quality standards
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively adjust plans to ensure successful outcomes
  • Track resource utilization and align projects with staffing and budget expectations
  • Customer & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Serve as the primary client interface throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders, franchise operators, venue leadership, and government counterparts
  • Lead complex conversations related to scope, timelines, budgets, and change management
  • Document and communicate key decisions, risks, and escalations clearly and professionally
  • Cross-Functional & Technical Coordination
  • Drive execution across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Customer Success
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and contribute to development of project deliverables
  • Coordinate creation of technical design documentation with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the full GRUBBRR platform to meet client objectives
  • Deployment, Configuration, QA & UAT
  • Support configuration and customization of GRUBBRR solutions across deployments
  • Develop and review QA and UAT scripts
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination, execution, and formal client sign-off
  • Oversee site readiness, deployment coordination, and go-live execution
  • Create training materials and deliver onboarding sessions in English and Spanish
  • Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Facilitate project status reviews and executive-level updates
  • Define success metrics and lead post-implementation retrospectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, scalability, and efficiency
  • Reinforce standardized implementation frameworks and lifecycle methodologies
