"Ahead of Ready" The Theater Strike Weapon Systems (TSWS) Production Program is looking for talented members to join the team. TSWS Production is responsible for producing end item products for the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program. Learn more about our Hypersonic Solutions and the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program The CPS team is looking for a highly motivated Project Engineering Manager who wants to join our mission. We are seeking a Project Performance Manager and Proposal Lead to be a part of the team developing the Hypersonic program that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to conflict. In this role your duties will include leading a team of Control Account Managers (CAMs) who manage Earned Value, a team of Project Engineers who ensure project performance, and lead proposal efforts for the Test and Evaluation (T&E) team. As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage a team of Project Engineers and CAMs, ensuring the entire T&E team remains organized and meets deliverable dates and financial commitments Work with partnering organizations and IPTs to ensure all processes are appropriately followed and implemented to ensure smooth product flow throughout the life-cycle Identify risks and opportunities to the program Risk & Opportunity Control Board and implement approved mitigation plans working collaboratively with the Risk and Opportunities Liaison/Integrator Provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to the IPT lead and/or Program Manager Manage proposal efforts including working with internal and external stakeholders to develop the technical, cost, and schedule Basis of Estimates (BoEs) while meeting ambitions schedule and affordability goals. Accept responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure product delivery dates are met

Requirements

Previous Project Management, CAM (control account manager), EVM (earned value management) proposal, BOE (basis of estimate), and/or contract negotiations experience
Detail oriented and excellent problem solving skills
Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude
Desire to enhance Program Management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships
Desire to drive process efficiency and improvements in the execution of the financial and technical business rhythms
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Eligibility and willingness to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance - U.S. Citizenship required
