The Principal Field Operations Specialist is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing field operations. This position coordinates resources, drives process improvements, and ensures high-quality project execution and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and on-the-ground problem-solving to promote operational excellence and safety. Requirements

  • 8–12 years of field operations experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong project management, operational strategy, and team-building skills.
  • Expertise in operational tools, data analysis, and ERP systems.
  • Must have active ISSA-TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and be eligible for crossover.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field operations teams, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Support large-scale or complex projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to maintain operational alignment.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report insights to leadership.
