Essential Duties Assist in the development and execution of marketing promotions and marketing materials, including sell sheets, company brochures, flyers, and distributor support materials. Manage company rebate programs as needed. Research industry and consumer trends to support marketing initiatives and strategic projects. Support and attend trade shows, conferences, customer events, meetings, and seminars as required. Update and maintain sales tools and sales support materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with current programs and messaging. Manage the corporate premiums website and coordinate on-site promotional events. Develop and distribute electronic communications to inform customers and sales partners of news, promotions, and new product launches. Serve as a relationship liaison to the sales team, customers, and brokers, supporting communication and coordination needs. Assist in executing tactics identified within the Annual Marketing Plan to support brand visibility and revenue objectives. Support marketing photoshoots, including food styling and preparation of duck dishes for photography. Assist with social media content development and comment management when the Promotional Marketing Manager is unavailable. Organize and maintain cleanliness and organization of marketing storage areas, including the Marketing Fulfillment Room, Marketing Closet Behind the Stage, Upstairs Storage, The Store, and Office Cubicles. Oversee the organization, inventory management, and upkeep of trade show materials throughout the year. Organize and maintain promotional marketing materials within SharePoint and Microsoft D-365 platforms to ensure accessibility and version control. Manage updates to the MLF website when the Promotional Marketing Manager is out of the office. Perform related duties as required to support the Marketing function.
