About The Position

We are looking for a Promotions and Events Coordinator to join our team. This person will report to the Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Valid PA Drivers License
• Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute all on-floor promotions, tournaments, drawings, and special events according to the marketing calendar and event plans.
• Serve as the on-site event lead, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an energetic, engaging guest experience.
• Facilitate prize drawings, contests, and winner announcements, including verifying winner identity and eligibility.
• Support marketing needs by capturing photos and video content during events for social media or promotional use.
• Track event participation, attendance, and results for reporting and/or post-event recaps.
• Assist with the coordination of third-party vendors.
• Assist with event setup and teardown, including décor, signage, equipment, and prize displays when needed.
• Represent the casino brand on the gaming floor with a friendly, confident, and highly visible presence.
• Uphold all gaming regulatory guidelines and internal controls during promotions and events.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and contribute creative ideas for future events and guest engagement opportunities.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
