About The Position

TSCG, a privately held commercial real estate company, is currently seeking an intern in our Atlanta office, Property Accounting department, for the summer of 2026. Requirements

• Currently a Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university with a mix of business and accounting coursework (pursuing a degree in Accounting is preferred, but not mandatory)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong Microsoft office skill, especially in Excel
• Must be in the office for internship and cannot do internship remotely
• Highly Motivated and Dependable
• Business professional dress
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in ones work.
• Strong organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly and concisely articulate results.
• Excellent work ethic with a desire to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous office and accounting experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation of internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in operational implementation of accounting policies.
• Participate in various aspects of the monthly close process.
• Provide preliminary research for property accounting issues as needed.
• Prepare and implement various schedules and maintain accurate data.
• Provide operational support coverage on a rotating basis.
