As a Property Administrator, you’ll support leasing, resident satisfaction, and administrative processes that help maintain our high occupancy goals—and elevate the experience for prospects and residents alike. What You’ll Do In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as an essential point of coordination within our leasing operations. Your responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • A polished, positive, professional demeanor
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours—including weekends, holidays, and travel between properties
  • Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and follow administrative processes
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with multiple software systems
  • Extended periods of sitting
  • Frequent use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, and phones
  • Occasional bending or stretching to access files or equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs
  • Occasional local travel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MRI is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all leasing files are completed, accurate, and properly executed
  • Processing rental applications daily and collecting all required applicant documentation
  • Occasionally delivering move-in files to designated properties
  • Communicating seamlessly with on-site teams to support flawless move‑in experiences
  • Handling leasing calls and scheduling tours as needed
  • Processing denied applicant refunds in a timely manner
  • Supporting additional administrative duties as assigned
