The Property Management Liaison is responsible for working with the Assistant Property Managers in managing the assigned community and for the coordination of tenant requests and the administration of maintenance services. Additionally, this position will ensure that all units in the program meet the companys quality practices and that all standards are upheld, inspecting residences and performing basic repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
