About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison / Property Manager to oversee apartment complexes throughout the Capital Region. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy, maintaining positive tenant relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations.
Requirements
- Previous property management or leasing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of apartment maintenance and turnover processes.
- Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Advertise available apartments and conduct weekly showings, placing new tenants.
- Respond promptly to tenant repair requests.
- Collect rent and handle minimal legal filings.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and property upkeep.
- Manage lease renewals.
- Order repair materials and supplies as needed.
- Assist with light accounts payable tasks and filing.
