As an FBM Propulsion Engineering Manager located in Titusville, FL you will lead personnel and provide technical and program management leadership in support of the program. The successful candidate will be a full spectrum leader, will build lasting partnerships with our Navy counterparts, will focus on financial and strategic objectives, and will work closely with a range of other leaders on FBM. This FBM Propulsion Engineering Manager will manage a specialized team of engineers/scientists and multiple suppliers supporting FBM operational, production, development, and advanced programs. The FBM Propulsion Engineering Manager will be responsible for a wide range of propulsion products and programs including first, second, and third stage boost motor manufacturing modernization, age management, deployed system support, and critical safety programs.
