Extensive file review via computer to determine clinical eligibility for Developmental Disabilities Services. Eligibility determinations for Community Employment Supports Medicaid Waiver, Autism Waiver, Intermediate Care Facilities, and (projected) Acquired Brain Injury Wavier. There is also the need for occasional face to face assessment to answer questions of eligibility for a particular citizen. Conference presentations to instruct others with the eligibility standards. The Psychological Examiner is responsible for conducting psychological assessments, evaluating mental health conditions, and assisting in the development of treatment plans within a department. This role involves working with diverse populations, including individuals in mental health facilities, correctional institutions, rehabilitation programs, and social service settings.
