About The Position

The Public Area Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of all public spaces within Lafont Inn LLC. This position ensures that guests experience a welcoming and hygienic environment by performing thorough cleaning and upkeep of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other communal areas. The attendant actively monitors these spaces to promptly address any issues or guest needs, contributing to a positive and memorable stay. By collaborating with other team members and management, the Public Area Attendant supports the hotel's commitment to exceptional service standards. Ultimately, this role directly impacts guest satisfaction and the reputation of the accommodation facility through diligent attention to detail and proactive service delivery.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators to ensure a spotless and inviting environment.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns related to public spaces, demonstrating a service-oriented attitude.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies such as towels, soaps, and other amenities in public restrooms and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed in public areas to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects to enhance guest experience.
