What we do matters, and how we do it matters. The Role Purpose Stylists are sales professionals with a heart for people and a love for style. This is not a passive retail role. Stylists are responsible for driving their own sales, mastering product knowledge, and delivering a personalized styling experience that builds long term customer relationships. This role is highly sales focused, goal oriented, and performance driven. Stylists understand how great service, expert styling, and strong selling directly impact their personal results and store success. You will spend your time on the floor actively styling customers, building outfits, pulling full looks, and confidently guiding customers to pieces that fit their body and lifestyle. Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, high energy styling experience for every customer
- Drive personal sales by confidently selling, styling full outfits, and building value through expertise
- Learn and deeply understand product including fit, fabric, styling options, and how it works on different body types
- Build genuine, long term relationships with customers that lead to repeat visits and loyalty
- Understand and actively manage personal sales metrics including sales goals, average transaction, and units per transaction
- Take ownership of personal performance and continuously work to improve results
- Maintain a positive, energetic presence on the sales floor
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually strong store environment
- Support team goals and contribute to a healthy, values driven culture
