QA Analyst

We then bring those commercially tested solutions to government entities to deliver predictable, measurable impact for the American taxpayer and consumer. rockITdata is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure quality and accuracy of all contract deliverables through systematic review and validation processes. This role will support statistical sampling procedures for metadata validation and maintain quality documentation per organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or quality control
- Experience with test case development and execution
- Knowledge of quality standards and documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
Nice To Haves
- ISTQB or similar software testing certification
Responsibilities
- Perform quality reviews of metadata inventory deliverables before Government submission
- Support ISO 2859-1 statistical sampling procedures for metadata validation
- Execute test cases for Power Apps forms, Power Automate workflows, and repository functions
- Document defects and track resolution through completion
- Validate documentation compliance with contract requirements and standards
- Support UAT activities and document test results
- Maintain quality assurance checklists and process documentation
- Review technical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with team members on integrated quality procedures
- Generate quality metrics reports for status updates
- Support continuous improvement of quality processes
