About The Position

The QAQC Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards before they reach the customer. This position involves developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes that align with industry regulations and company policies. The QAQC Manager will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with quality standards. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• The required skills for this position include strong analytical abilities, which are essential for interpreting quality data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Leadership skills are crucial as the QAQC Manager will be responsible for guiding a team and fostering a culture of quality.
• Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with various departments and conveying quality standards clearly.
• Attention to detail is vital in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Manager).
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Must also be a Certified welding inspector
• Preferred skills, such as proficiency in quality management software, will enhance the efficiency of data analysis and reporting processes, contributing to informed decision-making.
