As a Production Quality Analyst, you will support the Courtland site across all of the production areas. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the Monthly Corrective Action Board with site leadership and support organizations Ensuring product compliance through auditing the production areas to Lockheed Martin procedures/processes and customer requirements. Preparing for and leading certification/compliance audits Creating reports and Trending Quality metrics and deep diving into data to find root causes or data errors. Tracking actions and following up with owners to ensure timely completion. Helping dive process improvements and cost savings utilizing a continuous improvement mentality Performing ESD and grounding certifications Leading small projects or other tasks as assigned. Requirements

Pervious experience working in manufacturing/production
Effective communication skills and ability to present to Sr. leaders
Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation
Data & Metric report generation, trending, and analysis expertise
Advanced MS Excel user skills
Proficient MS Office user (Word/Power Point/etc)
Ability to obtain an US Secret Security Clearance
Must be a US citizen

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in Aerospace manufacturing/production
4 year degree from an accredited college with 3 years experience or equivalent years of experience.
Experience preforming QMS and special process audits
Lean Manufacturing or Problem-Solving Experience (Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt/ etc)
Understanding of Electrostatic Discharge & grounding requirements
Experience working within an AS9100 certified quality system
Experience creating Tableau Data visualizations
Experience working with SAP/HANA data tables/structures.
SQL data querying & programming experience.
Familiarity with Alteryx and/or AI large language models
