Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in cloud service testing, backend system testing, or related software testing roles.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend service validation.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently complete assigned testing tasks.
  • Strong learning ability and motivation to grow in cloud system testing.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IoT cloud platforms or smart home ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python or similar).
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security basics.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute functional and integration tests for cloud services.
  • Accurately validate backend APIs, data processing logic, and system behaviors based on defined test plans.
  • Document test cases, test results, and defect reports with clarity and completeness.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to reproduce and verify defects efficiently.
  • Participate in maintaining and executing automation test scripts under guidance.
  • Continuously improve familiarity with cloud service workflows and testing methodologies.
