About The Position

Under immediate supervision of FSQAT Manager, this individual will monitor the operation of each dining facility to insure compliance with all sub-contracting requirements.

Current Serv-Safe certification a must
A Valid State Driver License and reliable transportation with proof of insurance and current vehicle registration required
High school Diploma or Equivalent
One (1) year experience in the food service industry
Previous experience in a technical role

Responsibilities

Maintain and update facility Food Safety Plan and associated programs to ensure compliance with Airforce Food Service and contracting requirements.
Performs inspections of dining facility to insure sanitation standards are met in accordance with 2005 Food Code.
Conduct pre-operational inspection and daily Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audits.
Identify nonconforming product, equipment, and materials and determine dispositions.
Support pest control operations and document pest sightings
Maintain deviation program, following up on issues and corrective actions, if necessary, based on deviations found in programs.
Maintain corrective action tracker database to ensure continuous improvement activities cited from internal and external audits are acted upon and remain on track.
Develop a constructive work environment through open communication and team building skills.
Other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
