This position involves the use of specialized software to evaluate adherence to policies, procedures, and protocols. The Specialist will analyze findings to assist in policy development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Confidentiality is paramount, as the role involves handling sensitive information from Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
