As our Quality Control Technologist, you’ll transform observations into clear actions and help our teams build it right the first time. Is this you? Do you keep up with quality standards and put them to work every day? Your Core Impact Perform routine inspections and testing to verify compliance with quality standards. Log results, report nonconformities, and follow through on timely communication. Help develop and implement practical quality control procedures. Partner with production to resolve quality issues and enhance processes. Maintain accurate inspection, testing, and quality metric records. Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as required. Stay informed on industry best practices in quality assurance. What You’ll Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent (extra coursework in QA or related fields is a plus). Proven experience in a manufacturing setting as a Quality Technician or similar. Exceptionally detail-oriented with solid analytical skills. Knowledge of quality control standards and common methodologies. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Confidence with measuring instruments and related equipment. Ability to work independently and prioritize time effectively. Where You’ll Work Monette, AR

Requirements
