About The Position
You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for pioneering high-performance air and missile defense, air-to-air, precision fires, and other innovative solutions to support our warfighting and civilian customers. Requirements
- Bachelors level degree or higher in STEM and/or equivalent experience/combined education
- Executive presentation experience
- Experience auditing manufacturing and inspection processes
- Experience with engineering requirements (e.g., specs, drawings, contracts, statement of work, and quality assurance plans)
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Nice To Haves
- STEM degree at bachelors' level or higher preferred
- Experience managing suppliers
- Experience creating Quality requirements (QAP, audit plan, supplier requirements)
- Experience reviewing industry standards (DFAR)
Responsibilities
- Performing engineering requirements reviews, and process reviews
- Providing root cause and corrective/preventive actions
- Interfacing with customers and program management activities
- Providing technical liaison support for quality engineering matters
