Requirements

  • Associate's Degree, ADN graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
  • Three (3) years RN experience in an acute care setting is required.
  • RN - Registered Nurse is required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree, BSN in Nursing is highly preferred.
  • In addition to the ADN or BSN, a Master’s Degree in health-related field preferred.
  • One to two (1 to 2) year(s) experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement highly preferred.
  • Acute Heart Attack Ready Certification (AHAR Joint Commission Program) experience is highly preferred upon hire.
  • CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality is preferred upon hire.
  • High level skill set with the following applications: Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must have ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and professional manner with various audiences. Understands and appreciates the sensitive and confidential nature of quality, safety, and performance improvement activities. Working knowledge of regulatory standards, patient care standards and practices, performance improvement tools, and data collection and analysis. Ability to collect, interpret, analyze, and present information to help inform organizational operations and decision making.
