About The Position

As a Quality Inspector, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring products  meet strict quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying defects, and collaborating with the production team to drive continuous improvement. Shift: 8:30am-5pm; Monday-Friday

Requirements

  • Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, overnight, and/or weekends as needed as well as potential overtime

  • Ability to maintain a safe and collaborative work environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections on components and assemblies
  • Learn how to use and utilize precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, CAN dongles, Power Input, PCAN adapters) and software interfaces to perform basic failure analysis (FA) on electronic components, assessing power supply functionality, low-voltage circuits, and dimensional accuracy (experience not required)
  • Identify and document non-conformances using quality management systems
  • Conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections to verify compliance with specifications, communicating quality issues to production and engineering teams for corrective action
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate inspection records  MRB inventories using Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Support root cause Failure Analysis and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintains exemplary attendance and punctuality to scheduled shifts
