Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
  • Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.). Donaldson will not offer immigration sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
  • International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.

  • Prior experience in Quality, understanding measurement methods.

Responsibilities

  • Recording data and writing summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards/specifications.
  • Participating in meetings and monitoring hold activity, logs, etc.
  • Investigating customer complaints and returns.
  • Providing product failure analysis support.
  • Participating in problem prevention planning to communicate, evaluate and prevent/resolve quality problems.
  • Applying basic skills with opportunity to develop advanced skills.
  • Duties and tasks are standardized.
  • Resolving routine questions and problems and referring more complex issues to higher level employees.
  • Maintain files and documentation, monthly reviews, and error records.
  • Run and distribute daily reports to staff as required.
  • Provide administrative support for the department and complete special projects as assigned.
  • Lead PPAP submission for OEM customers as needed
