The Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for the administration, digitalization, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) for Linde Electronics and Specialty Gases and Specialty Gas Equipment. This role serves as the primary owner of the document management system and is a key contributor to the internal audit program in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The Quality Systems Coordinator ensures controlled documents are accurate, compliant, and readily accessible, while also supporting audit planning, execution, and follow-up. This role advances QMS consistency across sites, promotes inspection readiness, and contributes to ongoing quality improvement efforts. Travel will be required (10-20%25). This position reports to the Quality Systems Manager. Location options include Research Triangle Park, NC; Hampton, NJ; Lopatcong, NJ; Kingman, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; and Medford, OR.
