Service Center CSCS TX Duties and Responsibilities Mentor repair technicians, estimators, and management to ensure the Caliber standard of quality, which corresponds with the OEM specifications. Use 3rd party software to file reports regarding accurate completion of repair to OE standards. Follow up with center teammates regarding repairs in person or through conference calls. Recommend and coordinate necessary training for areas of need based on quality reviews. Partner with, build alliances and perform liaison activities with the executive team and field leadership. Complete facility inspections as assigned and submit reports using third-party software to: Take and submit photos of the shop and tools, equipment, and materials. Recommend repair or replacement of tools, equipment, and materials as necessary. Recommend training on tools and equipment. Review reports with Center and Operations Leadership for accountability and successful management of Parts, Center Systems/Processes, Equipment and Training verification. Maintain a reporting structure that readily monitors performance indicators and Certification eligibility. Create actionable plans to improve processes and procedures to accomplish objectives, which include metrics of success and deliverables. Alignment of top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of center objectives. Optimization of center performance across the company to achieve the best functional, center production and technical value. Facilitate with OE Certification Team to Centers to verify equipment, tools, and training needs for teammates. Up to 50-60% Travel required.
