Leading IT Service Provider seeks Quotation Specialist to join our growing technology company! Do you have a strong knowledge of IT products and vendors? Are you client-focused and an effective communicator? Are you detail oriented and able to meet deadlines? If so, this is the role for you! We provide a full suite of computer technology managed IT services, including Microsoft Office 365 and Teams, as well as computer systems sales and service, structured cabling, varied voice/phone solutions, telephony, cloud VoIP solutions and internet/voice carrier services. The Quotation Specialist works closely with our Sales team to develop quotes for information technology equipment and services including hardware, software, and renewals.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
IT experience/product knowledge is preferred
Previous quoting experience

Nice To Haves

Experience working with major software and hardware vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, etc.)
In depth product knowledge of the service offerings and products of the company
Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships
Strong organizational, presentation, and client service skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

Responsibilities

Create quotations utilizing information provided by client and internal sales teams to meet specific client needs
Select best vendors with competitive pricing and in stock product
Determine initial markups by ensuring pricing aligns with company standards and profitability targets
Manages the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for software licenses, subscriptions, and hardware maintenance contracts
Address customer questions regarding products, licensing, support coverage, and contract terms
