About The Position

UPCI Cancer Services seeks Radiation Oncologists (Multiple Openings) in Altoona, PA to determine the best therapy technique to prescribe for destroying cancer cells in a patient while keeping normal tissue around the cancerous area healthy; use three-dimensional images to understand exactly where tumors are located so that the risks of side effects from radiation therapy can be limited and develop a treatment plan.

Requirements

• Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) or equivalent
• Must have completed residency in Radiation Oncology
• Board certified or board eligible for certification in Radiation Oncology by American Board of Radiology
• Must have valid unrestricted PA medical license or eligibility
