The Opportunity This role offers a balanced and impactful radiation oncology practice, including: Comprehensive consultation, treatment planning, and delivery of radiation therapy Close collaboration with medical oncology, breast surgery, pulmonology, and other surgical specialties Participation in multidisciplinary tumor board and shared clinical decision-making Longitudinal patient management throughout treatment and follow-up Opportunity to contribute to program growth and regional cancer access expansion across the Western Slope The practice is structured to support coordinated care, efficient scheduling, and sustainable work-life balance while maintaining clinical excellence. Integrated Multidisciplinary Cancer Care The Calaway-Young Cancer Center operates within a Commission on Cancer (CoC)–accredited cancer program and provides coordinated, patient-centered oncology services. Care is delivered through a collaborative model including medical oncology, breast surgery, imaging, genetics, nurse navigation, and supportive services. Radiation oncology plays a central role in this integrated model, with strong administrative support and engaged physician leadership committed to ongoing program development.
