The incumbent will design revenue cycle education programs which include instructor-led training, e-learning, and peer development sessions. They will optimize Smartsheet workflows, and coordinate department training. They will also assist in video production including narration, development of content, scripting, and overseeing the final product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Communication or equivalent.
• Eight years' experience in organizing and conducting adult learning in Health Care Revenue Cycle.
• Certified AAHAM CRCP within one year of hire.
• Experience filming and editing video productions, including graphic elements and audio tracks.
• Experience creating and editing scripts and video concepts.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute a strong strategic vision that aligns with organizational goals.
• Provide peer development and coaching, resulting in the achievement of high-performing team standards.
• Ability to serve as a revenue cycle content expert.
• Independently create engaging instructor-led trainings and e-learnings that align with existing organizational and department standards.
• Experience in education program design and development for adult learning.
• Knowledge of writing and recording narration and scripts for e-learnings, videos, and other training materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, peers, and leadership.
• Possess attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit training materials and communication to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of revenue cycle educational programs to successfully achieve business objectives.
• Support department culture in developing engaging training material, coaching at all department levels, including staff, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Streamline Smartsheet workflows by mapping processes, automating tasks, improving communication, utilizing approval processes, and ensuring sustainability.
• Serve as Smartsheet Admin at a system level.
• Department communication liaison, responsible for efficiently coordinating communication for the RCSS department, including drafts, approvals, and distribution.
• Coordinate quarterly Epic Upgrades and out-of-package updates completion by gathering stakeholder approvals, distributing upgrade documentation, and communicating system-wide revenue cycle upgrade changes.
• Employ innovative technologies to enhance the development and delivery of training material, intranet content, e-learning materials, producing videos from start to finish, writing video scripts, and writing, recording and editing e-learning narration that is in line with organizational communication protocols and quality standards.
