About The Position

The Real Estate Development Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. They will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to deliver high-quality healthcare facilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, architecture, or related field of study or 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of education
  • PMP certification
  • Strong analytical skills with emphasis on financial and business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to implement organizational change
  • Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate accurately and persuasively.
  • Strong Time Management Skills
  • Five (5) years' experience in strategic program development, implementation, and project management

Nice To Haves

  • Real Estate Development Experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a program of projects inclusive of planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management, issue resolution with proper escalation to not lose momentum on any project.
  • Provide leadership with appropriate management of internal and external consultants to ensure compliance with project specs, budget, and schedules.
  • Work with proper end-users to develop project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule, and any related risk.
  • Provides relationship management to ensure the customer is put first and communication always takes priority.
  • Trend, track, and ensure all departmental goals achievement with proper management and escalation of issues promptly.
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, monthly reporting, financial reporting, and performance reporting to ensure adherence to project documents and business planning efforts.
  • Support project development of assigned maintenance capital/development capital planning. Execution of planning support department related strategic goals.
  • Facilitates working relationships with public entities, including the local and government offices, federal officials, and local jurisdictions.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
