About The Position

Inspect and repair incoming parts and materials to meet required visual, dimensional, and test requirements of engineering drawings and specifications. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare material for inspection. This includes using power tools, such as saws and drills, to remove shipping packaging. Examine items for defects in materials, workmanship, and damage. Test and repair materials to meet specifications. Help inspect purchased parts, assemblies, and materials for conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments and devices. Re-package material for storage and transport after inspection. This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Lead, Supervisor and/or Manager.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong organization skills.
Good computer skills.
Professional communication skills, both verbally and in written.
Strong mathematical, analytical and overall computer skills.
Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Able to work well with very little directive, carry out assignments and prioritize issues.
Organization and multi-tasking skills.
