The Reception department is located in the Main Office where team members greet all incoming guests, orient guests to the campus map, provide campus information, and offer customer support. Reception also coordinates with Campus Support, Guest Services, Production, and Faculty Support on a daily basis to ensure guests are taken care of in an efficient and timely fashion. The role of the Reception Shift Coordinator, and its support team, is to ensure all guests begin their stay with Omega on an upbeat and positive level. The Reception Shift Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Reception department alongside the Campus Manager to ensure a smooth check-in process for program participants by completing daily office duties and executing a high level of customer service. The Reception Shift Coordinator may also assist the Campus Manager in supporting the Guest Services team.
