Receptionist – Customer Accounts Support Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM E.H. We are seeking a Receptionist – Customer Accounts Support team member to be the welcoming face of our office while assisting with customer accounts, order-taking, and accounts receivable tasks. Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Ability to interact with empathy, professionalism, and accountability
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and callers with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Answer and route incoming calls; take clear, accurate messages.
  • Take and enter customer orders into the system.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Support accounts receivable by preparing deposits, gathering payment documentation, balancing cash boxes, and processing billing batches.
  • Assist customers by phone, email, or in person with questions or account needs.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks including data entry (such as Degree Days), door schedule updates, and general office support.
  • Provide backup support to team members and assist with additional duties as needed.
