Receptionist – Customer Accounts Support Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM E.H. We are seeking a Receptionist – Customer Accounts Support team member to be the welcoming face of our office while assisting with customer accounts, order-taking, and accounts receivable tasks. Answer and route incoming calls; take clear, accurate messages. Take and enter customer orders into the system. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Support accounts receivable by preparing deposits, gathering payment documentation, balancing cash boxes, and processing billing batches. Assist customers by phone, email, or in person with questions or account needs. Perform routine administrative tasks including data entry (such as Degree Days), door schedule updates, and general office support. Provide backup support to team members and assist with additional duties as needed.
