The Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for staffing the Shionogi Welcome Desk, acts as an Operator for external calls, and greets visitors. The Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator will also assist the Facilities Manager with various tasks including stocking the kitchen, sorting/distributing mail and packages, setting up/breaking down conference rooms for meetings and more. This role will also serve as support to HR and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, highly organized and flexible. The hours for this role are 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday.
