About The Position

Looking to become a team member at a to tier award winning personal injury law firm?? Requirements

  • 1+ year of receptionist, call center, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Calm professional phone presence
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
  • Ability to work M-F 8am-5pm
  • Office – onsite role required
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish fluency REQUIRED
