About The Position

Colorado PACE has an immediate opening for a Receptionist. LOCATION: Aurora, CO STATUS: Full-time SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; 8am - 4:30pm HOURLY PAY RANGE: $19.29 - $19.78 SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Overtime MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry! Receives in-coming calls via multi-line phone system and routes calls to appropriate parties via phone, cell phone and/or voice mail. Cordially greets visitors and assists them as appropriate, including distribution of visitor identification. Acts as a resource to the general public seeking information about the affiliate. May handle in-coming and out-going mail depending on organizational needs. Orders additional postage as needed and/or assigned. Maintains appropriate stock of forms and other office supplies as required per affiliate. Performs office opening and closing responsibilities in a timely manner. Assists affiliate departments with administrative support as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU: Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience: One (1) year as a receptionist in a multi-line phone system, high call volume setting. Typing skills of 35-45 wpm preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
