Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. As the Receptionist, you are the first impression of the center. You will welcome patients and coordinate front-desk activities. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality. Job Functions Answer phone calls utilizing a multi‐line telephone system. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all requests by taking appropriate action, such as scheduling appointments, taking messages, transferring calls to appropriate staff. Ensure thorough records are maintained by documenting discussion, messages and actions taken to process inquiries.
