Responsibilities

Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies while managing expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Recruit passive candidates and assess their chemistry for fit and motivation beyond just the role.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews, anticipating hiring manager preferences for high interview-to-offer ratios.
Screen and interview candidates to prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
