You'll own the end-to-end recruiting game, turning challenging searches into viral-worthy successes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years in professional recruiting, acing multiple reqs with unflappable cool.
• Expert assessment skills and a advisory flair for guiding leaders.
• Strong foundation in employment laws and inclusive practices.

Nice To Haves

• Tech/non-tech recruiting chops, structured interviewing, DEI sourcing, or branding savvy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, criteria, and plans that stand out in competitive markets.
• Hunt diverse candidates, screen with precision, and evaluate using equitable, structured approaches.
• Coordinate killer interviews, influence key decisions, and ensure every candidate feels the MrBeast magic.
• Maintain spotless ATS records, deliver timely updates, and sync with HR on strategic priorities.
• Champion compliance, diversity, and process tweaks for ultimate efficiency.
